JOIN US FOR A LIVE ZOOM WORKSHOP
Life as a bereaved parent can be exhausting, stressful, overwhelming, and traumatic. You might be experiencing anxiety, dread, or even despair. Supporting yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically is so important yet it can be hard to know what helps, especially when you might have little capacity.
We want to help!
Project Sweet Peas is partnering with Kristin Vanderlip to offer bereaved families virtual journaling workshops so that you can tap into the healing power of journaling. Journaling is a proven practice that can help you process your emotions and experiences. Research reveals that journaling for 20 minutes 3-5 days a week can notably reduce depression and anxiety and improve your sleep.
During this live, 40-minute Zoom workshop, Kristin will lead you through a series of reflective journaling prompts to help you process your grief experiences, emotions, and find hope through journaling. You'll be able to apply the framework from this session to your own journaling practice and tap into the healing benefits of writing your grief.
Workshops are open to all bereaved parents, no matter how much time has passed.
No prior writing or journaling experience required.
Due to the sacred nature of these events, recordings are not available.
To create a safe environment, mics will remain muted and you will not be asked to share anything you write.
2023-24 Workshop Dates
This is a free workshop. Prior registration is required to participate.
The workshop Zoom link will be sent to the email address submitted in the registration form. Questions can be emailed to [email protected] |
