Calling all NICU Grads:
Help create our new SwaddlePea blanket
by submitting a drawing of "What Makes You Happy"

Submission Deadline: Sunday, September 17th

DIRECTIONS FOR PARENTS

Using markers, have your child create a drawing of "What makes you happy" on plain white paper
- We cannot use drawings done in pencil, crayons, or paint. Only markers should be used.
Have them sign your drawing with their first name and gestational age
Scan the drawing or take a high-resolution picture of the drawing
Upload the image and complete the release below

Please note:
Not all submissions will be used. Our design team will be selecting different components from the artwork submitted to create a collage.
Once the design is complete, we will share the final design via email and social media.
Drawings will be kept on file and may also be used in other future collage projects.

Drawing Release *

In consideration of the furtherance of the programs of Project Sweet Peas, I hereby give permission to Project Sweet Peas to use any drawings created by me or my family for its educational, marketing and fundraising activities. I understand that Project Sweet Peas will own all rights in those drawings and give permission to modify, reproduce and distribute any of the drawings created by me or my family locally, nationally or world-wide in any form of medium, including over the internet, for educational, marketing, fundraising, and other purposes in furtherance of the Project Sweet Peas mission, without further notice to me. I release and discharge Project Sweet Peas from any claims or demands in any way relating to the taking, delivery, or the use of the drawings. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall be become payable to me or my family by reason of such use.
