Bonding Baby and Parents Through Scent

Hi, I'm CuddlePea! Did you know smell is one of the first senses that bonds babies to parents? That's why babies love me. I'm designed to absorb Mom's unique scent to help soothe and comfort infants when they can't have skin-to-skin contact. I also help introduce babies to the scent of fathers, adoptive parents, guardians - whomever.

Keep one with baby and one with Mom, so CuddlePea is always ready!

  • Soft, pliable, easy to grasp and cuddle
  • Lightweight, only .05 oz.
  • 100% cotton fabric with polyester fiber filling
  • Bright colors to easily find in bedding
  • For home or hospital use

Originally developed for preemies and hospitalized newborns - ideal for all babies!

Perfect for home - stroller, car seat, daycare - or whenever you can't be right next to your little one.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
In Hospital
CuddlePea readily absorbs Mom's scent. Cuddle with CuddlePea bonding doll directly against your skin for 12 hours or longer, so it absorbs and retains your scent. Then, while holding your baby, introduce CuddlePea, or place it near your baby in the incubator, under your caregiver's supervision. The scent will help your baby associate CuddlePea with you, providing a sense of familiarity and comfort.

At Home
Follow the instructions above.
Never leave baby unattended while using. REMOVE CuddlePea and all plush toys, stuffed animals, and decorative items at sleep or nap time. Nothing but the baby in the crib, according to American Academy of Pediatrics and the US Consumer Product Safety Commission guidelines.
Project Sweet Peas is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania. FEIN # 273679594
