Terms & Conditions

By placing an order or requesting a quote, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions.

Payment

  • Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

​

  • All payments should reference the invoice number and be made to Project Sweet Peas.

​

  • For hospitals or organizations operating under specific purchase order or payment systems, alternate terms may be accommodated upon prior agreement.

  • We accept payments through our online PayLink, ACH, or by mailed check. Payment instructions will be provided with your invoice.

Fees

  • Manual Order Processing Fee - 

A $25 manual processing fee will be applied to orders that require manual processing outside of our online ordering system.

You can avoid this fee by placing your order directly through our online shop

  • Donations & Samples - 

Due to the ever-rising shipping costs, we do charge a small fee of $5 that goes towards a portion of the shipping costs. If that is a barrier, please reach out.

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.​

 

  • If an item arrives damaged, a replacement will be provided.

​

  • Please contact us within one week of the delivery date if there is an issue with your order.

Samples & Donations

Since our mission is to support NICU families, samples and donated items should be designated for use in the NICU or for initiatives that directly support NICU families. We appreciate your partnership in ensuring donated products directly benefit the families and medical professionals we serve.

Timeline & Delivery

Please be aware: We are a small team of just four employees managing orders while also supporting families. Our ordering system is not fully automated, so we truly appreciate you utilizing our ordering system as much as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to process orders as quickly as we can.

     Please allow 2-3 business days for processing

Order Processing

     Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping of all orders.

     Delivery times may vary based on order size, customization, and destination.

Rush Orders

     For rush orders, please contact info@projectsweetpeas.com prior to placing your order. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping

​     All standard orders ship UPS ground when possible.

     Shipping is free for orders totaling $100 or more.
