Writing Your Grief
A Guided Journaling Series for Grieving Parents
6-week email series written by Kristin Vanderlip in collaboration with Project Sweet Peas
Purpose: To offer bereaved parents a practice for processing their experiences and emotions through reflective journaling.
Writing Your Grief is a gentle 6-week email series created to help bereaved parents navigate the pain of losing a child through guided journaling. Rooted in compassion and grounded in healing practices, this series offers a sacred space to process sorrow, explore emotions, remember your child, and reconnect with love and hope.
Each weekly email delivers a thoughtful reflection with therapeutic prompts. You’ll also receive a guided video experience designed to support you as you write your grief that you can return to again and again.
