Awareness Volunteer Application

NICU Awareness volunteers help advance the efforts of our worldwide initiative, Neonatal Intensive Care Awareness (NICA) Month. They help us grow our community of support, inspiration, and empowerment.

Expectations
Monthly time committment of 15 hours
Location: Anywhere, this is a virtual position

Becomes knowledgeable of Project Sweet Peas organization history, mission, etc...
Assists with fundraising efforts

Promptly responds to emails
Active in Slack communication app
Submits monthly report on volunteer hours & activity

Responsibilities may include:

Build and manage relationships with NICA month partners and sponsors
Serve as an administrator on Neonatal Intensive Care Awareness Month social media
Facilitate meaningful dialogue with constituents
Create and edit materials for print and online publication

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong writing and editing skills
Social media experience
Graphic design experience
Marketing experience
Fundraising experience
Strong interpersonal skills
