Dear Project Sweet Peas Family,
We had an amazing working weekend in Pittsburgh: brainstorming, sharing ideas, and planning for PSP's 10th year.
We had an amazing working weekend in Pittsburgh: brainstorming, sharing ideas, and planning for PSP's 10th year.
One feeling that continually made it's way to the surface was gratitude. We truly are so deeply grateful for the amazing work our Project Sweet Peas family does. Your impact over the past year has been tremendous. These numbers don't lie.
I hope you take pride in all that we have accomplished, together.
I hope you take pride in all that we have accomplished, together.
This past year:
We directly impacted an astounding 25,000 families ....and inspired probably far many more |

The future is looking so bright for us, and our families.
Our 10th year is going to be BIG. Think Birthday Bashes and product development, 10th birthday logos, and lots of swag. And you all will be such a big, important part of it.
I can't wait to share more.
Now comes the part where we actually had to sit down, and really think about what we wanted to do to help promote the efficiency and effectiveness of our programming. What can we do to honor our mission and make sure we are upholding it? Where can we dedicate our time and resources to help our divisions and PSP as a whole community?
Think 10th birthday campaign. grantmaking. corporate relationship building. And yes, policy revisions.
I hope you will review the following revisions from our handbook with the understanding that with growth and expanded opportunities, we have to continue to make sure we are stewarding our resources as best as we can.
We are a tiny, but MIGHTY team.
Thank you for all that you have done, and will continue to do, to support, love, and care for PSP families.
All of the best,
Sarah
